Leadership Experience

Communication is the key to success for any business. If there is not proper communication, then issues that lead to undesirable results for the company will take effect. The way to avoid this is to make sure to construct productive meetings and plans that create good habits to communicate with your team to achieve successful growth for the company. I strongly practice this method to achieve better results for everything in my life. I have seven plus years in a leadership role in a warehouse. I have opened four warehouses and collaborated with and guided 100 plus people such as project managers, engineers, vendors, suppliers and logistic and production partners to achieve successful results for my clients. I have many years of experience running a warehouse and guiding an efficient team.
