- Told the customer about other services that jiffy lube offered and recommended the ones they needed
- Within the first 30 days I was promoted to assistant manager than 27 days later I moved up to service manager
- Within the first year and a half with the company they started sending me to other stores that were not doing so well to train other managers and techs properly on sales at jiffy lube
- I really enjoyed working with the other staff and enjoyed the fact that every few weeks I had a whole new crew to train
- Got to meet a lot of amazing people and learned a lot as well.
