  • Responsible for overseeing new checked in equipment and trucks from initial delivery to dealership and follow progress to the yard and obtain weight tickets, MSO's, leasing agreements, inspections, VIN verifications, SMOG checks, and DOT inspections in a timely manner to get the units plated and working as soon as possible
  • California PFR units' registrations are renewed monthly, and add newly purchased or leased equipment weekly
  • Daily, weekly and monthly title, registration, decommission and IRP reports
  • Work with Ritchie Brothers Auctions at various locations throughout the United States when a unit is decommissioned and sold
  • Responsible for titles, including requesting missing titles from various states if no title is present, and obtaining lien releases from banks and duplicate titles in time for auctions during the year
