  • May 2019 to present, Emergency Room RN caring for all age groups in the emergent setting. Charge nurse experience with being responsible for department and leading nursing team in all critical care situations. Provided high quality care in the critical care setting utilizing ACLS and facility protocol. Collection and interpretation of diverse clinical data including vital signs, lab results, wound progression. Care and maintenance of life-sustaining devices such as central lines, arterial lines, artificial airways. Titration of continuous IV drips including insulin, narcotics, vasopressors, anti-arrhythmic, and heparin. Performance of extensive clean and sterile dressing changes and complex wound assessment.
