Additionally, I spearheaded sales contests and campaigns at both branch and Regional levels, with the Region earning special incentives in four out of five corporate contests since the first quarter of 2007. Ensuring adherence to corporate staffing models, I managed staffing levels and branch coverage within salary budget constraints.
Directed the sales and service processes for 17 banking centers, catering to the Green Bay and De Pere, WI markets, which included six in-store locations.
