Summary

I bring a diverse background in curriculum adaptation and development through roles in special education, early childhood education, and corporate training. During student teaching and as a paraeducator in Michigan, I modified instructional materials and collaborated on IEPs to support diverse learning needs, and improve student and parent understanding of academic goals. As a Pricing Coordinator at Kroger, I developed a comprehensive training manual outlining procedures and best practices to ensure departmental consistency and success. Additionally, while working at KinderCare, I designed and implemented developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with Michigan education standards, often under time constraints, demonstrating flexibility, creativity, and strong instructional planning skills.
