  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Office of the Director. I provide direct, confidential, professional executive-level administrative support. Provide timely, accurate responses to priority projects and requests.
  • I enthusiastically anticipate and prepare for the director’s needs. I ensure that the director is adequately prepared for all meetings, commitments, deadlines and obligations. Create or finalize all talking points, presentations and materials.
  • Effectively triage the many demands that come into the executive office; calendar and meeting management; arrange complex international, national and in state travel; process travel reimbursements, compose, proofread, edit and finalize executive, legislative and Federal correspondence.
