  • Maintains/monitors Covid-19 Database and to prevent the introduction/spread of communicable diseases by clients and/or staff that may enter the program

  • Established an advanced cleaning protocol (hospital grade sterilizing machines) in the buildings prior to Covid-19
  • This was to ensure the highest level of cleanliness due to the population that is served and the increase of traffic throughout the buildings
  • Collaborates with other agencies that provides free seminars/presentations/resources to clients that discuss topics such as (sexual health, diabetes, cancer, hypertension, and communicable diseases)
  • Implemented Wellness Wednesdays where psycho-education is disseminated to the clients about major health issues such as: Heart Disease, Diabetes, Prostate Cancer, HIV, Breast Cancer, Hypertension, etc
  • Is responsible for communicating, facilitating, and implementing actions and best practices to improve staff morale; promoting and implementing initiatives for improving workforce engagement;
  • Attends monthly meetings with executive leaders, senior/mid-level managers, and frontline supervisors throughout the agency, to develop action plans for employee retention programs which include (professional development, strategies to reduce staff burnout, and incentive programs)
  • Participates in meetings that analyzes data from all employee surveys to create actionable plans

  • Agency received high marks from CARF Accreditation; under my leadership for promoting and getting great outcomes for integrative health initiatives, and providing unique delivery of services during the pandemic.
  • Tracks resolution status on outcomes for contracts and issues for program management staff.
