Perform daily breathing treatments including nebulizers, cough assist, suctioning, pulse ox, oxygen, bipap.

G-tube feedings, medication administration per g-tube, care of a mickey button including venting, g-site care, changing tube monthly.

Monitoring for seizure activity and responsiveness to medication. Recording and reporting any activity to the Neurologist.

Routine straight catheterization with monitoring of I&O and use of condom caths.

Providing full care in all daily activities including dressing, turning and repositioning, transferring per hoyer lift, incontinency, ROM's.

Corresponding with numerous doctors, taking orders, implementing care as dictated by the plan of care.

• Dispensed and administered patients' medications following care plans and physician's orders.
• Organized and updated patient charts and records by reporting vitals, medical history, treatment plans, current medications, medication reactions, allergies and health status information.
