Besides the in-office experience for four years working for the Associate Pastor and front office, I built management and administrative skills through ministry partners/opportunities.
Running a homeschool group required extensive planning, scheduling, discernment, managing social media, clear and timely communication/expectations, hosting events and working with others.
Partnering with missionaries overseas, I was tasked with managing partner email lists, email/newsletter communication, scheduling and hosting skype meetings, planned a fundraising event, and working closely with other team members.
Most recently, co-leading and getting a new ministry off the ground at our previous church, called Safe Families.
