Began as a Part Time Membership Sales Associate in 2018. Quickly became the sales leader and was promoted to Membership Manager in 2019, adding Pilates and Massage for the last 12 months.

Have achieved or exceeded monthly sales goal in membership for the last 18 months in a row and the last 6 months for Pilates and Massage.

Designed, developed and implemented a Birthday Party Program that grew so quickly that I needed to hire an Event Coordinator - we are currently booked at a minimum of 2 parties every weekend, but most weekends are fully booked at 4 parties a weekend.

Managed Part Time Membership Sales Staff, including overseeing and helping with the Front Desk staff.

Scheduled, trained and help in all departments as necessary.
