Summary

I am a compassionate, fully-licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) seeking a leadership, supervisory, teaching, or counselor role in a mental/behavioral health setting. I have many years of experience in a variety of larger systems and thrive in being a part of systems change, promoting health at the individual and collective levels. My passion is to assist each person that I work with on their journey of finding their personal “True North" by helping them understand and make meaning of their relationships with themselves and others and their place in the group as a whole. My clinical approach is primarily relational and led with compassionate trauma-informed care. I also pull from an integration of skills from various modalities such as CBT, DBT, Bowen’s Family Systems, Solution-Focused, Addiction/Substance research, & Depth/Shadow work. As a leader, I model what I teach and what I expect. I do this with utmost respect for those under my care. I embrace appropriate ownership of my team, always supporting and providing a safe place for professional growth. I am here to make a difference and to train and teach others how to be their best self, integrating the freedom found in professional boundaries and consistent behaviors. Conflict is part of growth and I want to help others embrace various conflicts and learn to move through them to get to the other side where the benefits of healing are found.
