Helped to open new Interventional Radiology department at Kaiser Moreno Valley. Stocked and organized Interventional Radiology suit, helped implement workflow for department, helped integrate workflow into other departments including PACU, ER, ICU, and other Radiology modalities. Provide excellent patient care and customer service for beginning stages of new department. Currently work in IR on as needed basis, keeping skills up to date.

Responsible for triaging and treating emergent patients in Level 1 trauma facility.  Resource RN and preceptor. Efficient use of Epic EMR.

Responsibilities included managing 30 employees. Responsible for new employee orientation, management of policies and procedures and all staff education. Responsible for organizing home inspections.

Completed the ER RN nurse residency program. Treated an underserved population with heavy demand on emergency medicine. Contributed to all the units within the Department of Emergency Medicine including Psych, Jail, Pediatrics, and general.

Operations manager of a 9 bed residential care facility for the elderly, including pre-assessment appraisals of residents, arranging appointments for residents, overseeing activities of residents. Responsible for managing a staff of 8 employees, meeting with California Department of Social Services licensing representatives, ensuring the facility was compliant with Title 22 regulations. Also responsible for risk management, patient relations and safety compliance.

The OB Technician was a rotating role, in which the OB Technician assisted in deliveries, worked in triage, and clerked on different days of the schedule. The responsibilities in deliveries included using sterile technique for setting up the delivery table, getting sutures and instruments for the doctor, and recording the time of delivery.
