   Early Childhood Sunday School Teacher

• Guide Bible learning by being well prepared to use Bible stories, verses/passages, questions, and commentary appropriate to the age level in order to accomplish the weekly lesson goals
• Select and prepare a variety of interactive Bible learning activities such as games and crafts to encourage each student to actively participate in the lesson
• Build relationship with children in class by participating in all activities with them and getting to truly know the unique person God has made them to be

• Develop deeper relationship/connection with children by attempting to learn about each child's activities, interests, and concerns and then having conversations with them about these topics on a weekly basis during "pre-service" time

• Lead a small group of middle school aged students in a weekly time of prayer and devotions
• Prepare devotion based questions and discussion topics that are thought provoking and start meaningful conversations with students that lead them to better understand Biblical truths
• Build relationship and deeper connection with students as well as fostering an environment for students to build relationship with each other through activities outside of small group time such as athletic events and group meals
