I have a philosophy that all children have the right to learn and make mistakes in a safe and controlled environment where there are loving adults who care enough to see them through before they make the same mistakes in the real world that causes significant personal damage.
I believe that all students can and will learn if the relationship between teacher and student is solid. I believe that all students learn differently and need personal attention within a group setting. I have spent years developing my skills with writing curriculum and Implementing differential instruction in the classroom. I have spent the better part of my career working beside some of the best educators who taught me how to build successful relationships with my students that drives them towards success every time we are in the classroom together.
