Develop, plan and orchestrate all programs, including Bible studies for the women's ministry. Assist the pastor with all lay counseling, especially for women. Involved in all areas of family counseling along with the pastor and other staff members as requested by each. Oversee the nursery department of the church by hiring and maintaining staff to work in the department. Work alongside the other lay leaders to develop programs that benefit the preschool department with a concentration on parental involvement. I have 32 years of ministry experience and 28 serving as a pastor's wife.
