** Responsible for daily operations of the office, which includes 10-15 team members comprised of Dentists, Hygienists, Clinical and Clerical personnel.
** Proper scheduling of General Dentist, Oral Surgeon, Endodontist, Periodontist and Hygienists. This included keeping the schedule busy, full and having a nice productive flow.
** Following up on treatment that hygienist recommends that hasn't been started.
** Answering phones, check in/out patients, handling any problems that arise, making sure that all documents are filled out completely and scanned into patient chart.
** Team Huddles every morning that consist of reviewing the schedule and any "little extras' that need to be done for a patient/etc.
** Making sure that office and staff maintain a professional look.
** Familiar with PPO and HMO plans.
** Verifying insurance benefits, filing claims, reprocessing claims with narrative, posting EOBS/patient payments.
** Processing bi-weekly payroll for Doctors and Staff, responsible for providing proper documents to the accountant which included 1099;s, 941's etc.
** Track and review accounts receivable/payable, responsible for incoming/outgoing lab cases. Ordering all office supplies for front and back of office, which included all Implant materials, grafting, membrane/etc.
** Treatment planning, collecting copay's. I'm familiar with Care Credit in addition to other lending companies.
** Responsible for OSHA/CPR Training, making sure office manuals/fire extinguisher are all up to date each year.
** Proficient in Curve Dental Software Program. Basic knowledge of OMS Vision, and Eaglesoft.
