Manage multi-state payroll processing ensuring accurate calculation of wages, including overtime for hourly employees, commissions, bonuses, and deductions.
Comply with tax laws, court-ordered wage assignments, levies, child support, and garnishments.
Review timesheets, work with managers to resolve issues, and double-check for accuracy before processing payroll information into system software applications.
Work closely with the Human Resources Team. Update or verify employee records. Examples would be new hires, terminations, wage and/or position changes, transfers, department changes, insurance coverage, and personal information. Making sure they are accurate.
