Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations, Finance and production positions via electronic Applicant Tracking
Systems (ATS) using Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG).
● Reviews and assesses applicant’s education, experience, training, and other qualifications.
● Verifies employment eligibility, gathers necessary paperwork, and performs reference and background
checks.
● Gathers feedback from interviewers teams and ensures compliance with interview processes.

safety and sexual harassment.
● Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues.

● Benefits Administration – Manage open enrollment, changes and cancellations for health, dental, vision,
and FSA
● Investigates sensitive complaints/allegations and work with managers to address areas of concern
● Works with theSafety Manager to investigate accidents and helps prepare reports for insurance carrier
● Responsible to insure safety meetings are held and records of all training are kept up to date.\
● Prepares employee separation notices, related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine
reasons behind separations
● Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
● Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms,
relocation services etc.,
● Insures the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are complete and reviewed annually
● Plan and prepare company Holiday parties and monthly Birthday functions
● A/P and A/R, Responsible for daily high-volume processing of 100+ invoices accurately and in a timely
manner
● Prepare and Process commission for 5 sales rep
● Wire transfers to overseas suppliers
● Manage A/P check runs
● Process new customer credit apps and credit inquiries and establish appropriate credit terms
● Post cash payments,Prepare deposits, credit memos, and monthly statements
● Freight claims
● Prepare and issue receipts
● Auditsystem reports in order to find and correct possible billing errors, customer errors, pricing errors,
etc.
● Note all calls and payment arrangements into Syspro
● Investigate vendor discrepancies and past due balances
● Scan attach All POs, Packing list and BOL into Syspro
● Assist accounting in closing month end
