Created an Open House event at our company where I would recruit potential hires when they were close to meeting our minimum hiring standards and invite them to come stay at our school while we would give them tours, introduce them to our culture. This created a great sense of loyalty and a basis for mentorship until ready for hire.
Started a non profit in June of 2020 after personal tragedy changed our lives, to help advocate for sexual assault victims. Alongside my two adult daughters we went on a two year advocacy speaking tour doing podcasts and live speaking engagements with local police departments.
Helped many survivors use their voice.
