• Processing of the Inbound Shipments(Equipment,Raw materials, and Supplies) in SCANLOOK (SQL) and/or SAP 6.0 HANA.
• Tallying each SKU, Quantity and Unit of Measure and comparing to the Vendor's Packaging list for discrepancies.
• Creation of the unique bar-coded Roll Tags which are scanned into the systemthen affixed to each Bolt for Traceability.
• Executing the Put Away by scanning the Slot ID and Roll Tag ID.
• Shipping Responsibilities include:
• Processing the out bound Shipments (Equipment, Raw Materials, and supplies) in SCANLOOK (SQL) and /or SAP 6.0 HANA
• Custom item Direct to Customer Shipments or Stock Item Shipments to Medline Distribution Centers.
• Coordinating Fed Ex Parcel using the Fed Ex Workstation or LTL shipments using the Hub Connect Portal based on Shipment weight preparing BOL, and shrink wrapping load when required.
• Packing Cartons,printing Carton Labels and Packing Lists and affixing the Cartons.
• Updating Daily Shipments Report with Tracking Numbers which is distributed to the Corporate Team and communicated to the Sales Force.

Inspecting each finished good Item by measuring the dimensions and comparing to the Work Order Specifications.

• physically Cutting the fabric to the correct Width and Length.
• Performing the required Sewing Operations to convert the Raw Materials into the desired Size consistently performing inline Quality Checks including conducting measurements, and observing for dirt or stains, loose stitching or thread and /or any rips or tears in the Raw Material.
