As a midnight registered nurse supervisor I am responsible for supervising over the entire facility, which includes a nine bed intensive care unit at 30 patient inpatient care unit and a 15 bed emergency room unit. I’m responsible for coordination of care staffing responsibilities for call offs making sure that transfers are expedited and making sure that the staff they didn’t have what they need to continue patient care.

As the nurse director at Canfield surgery center I respond. I was responsible for nursing assignments delegation to staff. I was responsible for quality improvement. I was responsible for patient education I did evaluations and performance improvement. I also was a registered first assistant so I participated in Surgery and first assisting I helped out in recovery participated in reviews for AAAH C, and the ongoing running of the facility.
