• Complete comprehensive DOT & Non-DOT audits of Supply Chain Center’s Delivery and Service department against FMSCA regulations and Domino’s standards to ensure compliance.

• Developed routing guidance and governance that enables centers to reduce transportation costs. Developed routing for AZ SCC which would create optimal savings scenario of $479,510 over baseline.
• Supported PeopleNet and ELD compliance through training and development as well creation of KPIs.
• Project management in developing database and tracking system for all projects and KPIs for Team.
• Lead new supply chain center expansion; routing, phasing, recruiting, and adherence to cost structures.
