Read, interpret, apply and explain complex laws, regulations, policies and procedures regarding student financial aid and awards
Oversee the import and export of student loan processing, the reconciliation of Direct Loan funds; troubleshoot Direct loan issues via College Board PowerFAIDS, COD and SAIG
