Started at Gore on January 10th, 2010, as a Manufacturing Tech and progressed to roles such as Lead Trainer (since January 2016) and currently serve as an Area Leader (since January 2017). Gained diverse experiences including leading teams of over 20 Associates, working within a Quality System as a document approver, managing eLearn initiatives, serving as an Uberuser for MES systems, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
