New merchant kits are then sent out to the merchant via mail. When asked, I assist my manager with any tasks as needed and special projects. I processed return mail on a daily basis and reached out to merchants for correct mailing addresses and updated accounts as necessary. I also assisted with closing merchant accounts as requested by the merchant.
