  • Payroll Processing: Handles weekly end to end payroll processes. Collection of timesheets, accurately entering time and data into the HRIS payroll system. Produces all payroll reports and end of month reconciliations. Works closely with third party PEO to assure accurate and timely payment to all employees.
  • Employee Records Management: Collects and reviews all new hire forms for accuracy and ensures W-4 and I-9 forms are properly filled out. Processes all employees through DHS E-Verify. Maintaining exact and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, including new hires, onboarding, terminations, changes in pay rates or deductions, garnishments and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
