Supervision of level III doctorate OT hand therapy students w honor of achieving Best Scientific Poster Award for "Four Year Review on Incidence of Stellate Ganglion Blocks in Complex Regional Pain Syndrome in a Large Multidisciplinary Outpatient Center" at annual American Society of Hand Therapist (ASHT) conference.

Lectured internationally with Mayo Clinic hand surgeon Dr R. Beckenbaugh in eleven countries including England, Italy, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Turkey, Netherlands, Brussels, Canada, and Mexico for post operative treatment and lectures on MP arthroplasties in multiple hospital, clinic and university settings.

Lectured internationally on "Hand Therapy and Splinting" with four Mayo Clinic PMR physicians throughout China; evaluated and treatment of various upper extremity conditions and complex deformities , instruction on static and dynamic splints in acute and rural hospital and university settings.
