After working for over a decade in the healthcare business, including 4 years in a psych hospital as a mental health worker, 7 years in a dental office as the front office coordinator and overall in-charge, in a detox facility as a behavioral health technician, and recently as a ward clerk transcriber in the ER department, I can say that this field has taught me a lot about patient care, as well as the administrative side. Since graduating from college, my scope of work has always been in customer service and data entry. I also have a background as the confidential secretary to an ambassador while living in Romania. I have a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, completed a Clinical and Medical Assistant Program course, took a Medical Office Administration Program, and obtained my Medical Terminology certificate. I am looking to join an organization that will help me to grow and learn more.Jack of all trades, a team player, self-motivated, fast learner, and dependable while achieving high performance with minimal supervision..
