In the last five years at Elder Independence Home Care I have been given great opportunities to grow and develop skills in all areas of home care. I have had the pleasure to be trained by Stephen Tweed, Gregg Mazza, and Jessica and Clint Nobles. I am also always looking for more information on how to do task more effectively. I have worked in every role except the RN.
The owner of Elder Independence Home Care holds the role of Operations Director so there is no room for me to grow into the role. I have hit the ceiling professionally at Elder Independence. When I started working with Elder Independence I preformed the financial part of the business. We later outsourced the majority of this work.
