• Transfers patients with limited mobility using hoyer lifts, sit to stands, (etc.) to reduce risk of patient falls and patient & Nurse Aide injuries related to poor transferring.

• Efficiently executes tasks related to food, beverage, & dining preparation while creating a positive meal experience.

• Assists patients thoroughly with Activities of Daily Living and Personal Care/ Hygiene such as bathing, shaving, dressing, tidying room, brushing teeth, (etc.) while continuously advising patient to be as independent as their mobility allows them. Thus maintaining and promoting a positive self-esteem and exceptional general wellness.
