• Provide flight and ground instruction in accordance with FAA regulations and ATP Flight School curriculum for Private, Instrument, and Commercial pilot students.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight briefings to ensure student understanding of flight objectives, safety procedures, and performance debriefs.
• Emphasize a safety-first culture and instill good airmanship habits in all phases of flight.
• Utilize flight simulators (FTD) and multimedia resources to enhance student understanding of aerodynamics, systems, and procedures.
• Maintain detailed student training records, endorsements, and lesson plans in compliance with 14 CFR Part 61 and ATP standards.
• Track and analyze student progress to adapt teaching strategies and maximize learning effectiveness.
• Coordinate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and chief instructors to ensure operational safety and scheduling efficiency.

• Logged over 400 dual given hours in single-engine aircraft such as the Cessna 172 and Piper Archer.
• Consistently met or exceeded student pass rates and retention goals.
• Mentored students who successfully completed checkrides on their first attempt.

• Responsible for the safety and comfort of Guests aboard the aircraft while providing exemplary service
• Provide Guests with briefings pre-flight, during flight, and after landing.
• Assist Guests by answering any inquiries they may have in addition to aiding Guests with their carry-on items, which may require overhead lifting.
• Check emergency equipment and be aware of hazardous situations in the cabin.
• Demonstrate the use of emergency equipment as required.
• Provides leadership, direction, and assistance during an emergency situation, including aircraft evacuation, administering first aid to ill or incapacitated Guests, and during incidents such as turbulent flights and delayed flights.
• Maintain compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations as well as Spirit's policies and procedures.
