• Reports to Safety Manager and EHS program Manager

◦ Expected that issues are escalated and communicated to Safety Manager and Program Safety Manager

• Meet and coordinate with Sub-contractor Safety Managers to ensure safety performance of Sub-contractors

• Works directly with HCC Building/area Superintendents and act as a resource to them

• Onboard and train EHS area representative assigned to your area.

• Coordinate and communicate with Foreman and Safety Assistants in correcting compliance issues. Host in the field meetings when needed.

• Coordination with HCC Area EHS representatives & sub-contractor EHS management to correct unsafe behaviors and conditions.

• Attend Sub-contractors Coordination meeting

• Attend other building /area Supt meetings and support as needed

• Ensure Daily EHS observations and audits of building are conducted (including compliance walks, Crane R&R, stay fit walks)

• Track validation and closeout of finding of unsafe behaviors and unsafe condition of previous observations and audits

• Escalate systemic issues to the EHS Manager and Building Supt.

• Participate in planning and preparation for EHS readiness review for upcoming phases

• Review of sub-contractor site specific programs, risk assessments and method statements

• Incident response lead investigation

• Support CIRT response

• Ensures area assessments, PTP audits, and compliance audits are performed by field EHS and Sub-contractor EHS

• Organized regular meetings with key personnel involved in each project to discuss progress updates.
• Adhered strictly to health and safety protocols during all phases of construction activities.
• Established strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors and other stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes.
• Maintained detailed records of field activities, reflecting advanced record-keeping proficiency.

• Performed all duties assigned for Maintenance of Way such as rail and tie removal/installations

• Performed all labor duties such as concrete stripping, general cleanup and material setup.
• Rigging and Signaling for all crane activities such material setup and install and debris disposal
• Attended mandatory labor class and trainings.
