• Regularly engage with the top vendors in a given region.
• Run monthly activity reports of clients and sharing the activity with the vendors.
• Notify parties IF Customer Experience Representative has an issue with a regional vendor.
• Work with the CAM to create awareness of Vendor on Platform.
• First Phase for a New Payer having reached the level of activity to progress to the CDR level from BDR.
• Manage Stage of all Payers and Vendors for the region in order to move a given customer to the CAM stage of development and growth.
• Qualify TAM again at this stage for all named customers under their managed care.
• Review ONL of assigned payers.
• Pursue additional payers from assigned vendors.
• Update Salesforce.com with meaningful meetings and data, including TAM review (quarterly)
• On quarterly basis present list of payers to Vice President that are ready for next level of engagement, i.e. move from Customer Development Representative to Account Manager coverage.
• Work closely with other sales team members and operational support teams to grow customer base.
