Assist Chief Building Engineer with various aspects of general repair, preventive maintenance and tenant improvements for an 11 story, 284,000 square foot story office building(1055 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, california) and a 2 industrial park building in Chatsworth, California. responsible for responding to tenant inquiries and request for maintenance. Also assist Chief Building Engineer with scheduling of preventative maintenance on chillers and cooling towers.

Responsible for the overall general appearance of the above mentioned commercial office building exterior and interior common areas. Responsibilities include but not limited to, cleaning of buildings main entry, parking areas, etc. Also responsible for insuring that all restrooms area were supplied with paper towels, toilet covers and paper, etc. Maintain inventory of all restroom supplies.
