  • Guiding each client with treatment portion of there case, wether its through lien basis or through Medi-Cal, Medicare, or private health insurance. Keeping a close look out for medical providers outstanding balances. Signing liens, discussing assessment plans with Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Pain Management, Orthopedic Surgeons, Neurologists. Confirming all medical appointments and imaging with clients.
  • Obtaining all medical records, hospital portals, submitting Medi-Cal, requesting bills and saving it to the corresponding folder.
  • Constantly calling all adjusters for liability decision, asking for policy limits disclosures, and updating adjusters with index information.
  • Gathering all necessary documents, obtaining all liens and wrapping up for demand package delivery to insurance companies.
  • Settled 3p and UIM cases for the amount of 15k, 20k, 25k, 30k, 50k, 100k. Notified attorney wether or not a case should be filed in order to get results our clients deserve.
