Opex sure sort and sure sort xl
I spent three weeks at the GEU3 location to help with there short staff and we replaced hundreds of o-bands on there new conveyance
There has been days, at the same time, when we had no manager or higher up such as tech 3's and as a tech two i had a normal day without stress because i was confident in my abilities.
I remember when i started over 3 yrs ago as an associate we had a spacific iq belt conveyor that is close to the opex 5# department, that conveyor sounded like someone was waking two metal bats togehter. Even when i was a fresh tech i still heard the noise. so at the associate lunch break i locked the conveyor down and when inspecting inside i saw the iq belt was halfway off track and one of the belt guiders was constantly banging against rollers. Right then and there i replace the bad guider and adjusted the rest and that conveyor does not make any unusual noises any more.
There was another time when i still a new tech i would hear rollers that have damaged bearings, they make aloud noises i would waste no time and notify associate manager and see if i could make repairs right then and there, or at a downtime window
Still today i take action and make good results. Just on a bigger scale and alot faster, I have more experience than when i first started.
