Bread bakers are responsible for baking focaccia bread using a hearth oven while maintaining dishes. In opening shifts I’m responsible for setting up the drink area and patio. While during closing shifts I’m responsible for moping the prep area. I also need to keep drinks/ice stocked. Sometimes during baking I also have to multitask by making bread and taking customer orders when the cashier for the shift is occupied.

Prepared ingredients and assembled dishes according to standardized recipes. Maintained cleanliness and organization of kitchen workspace to ensure safety standards. Assisted in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Collaborated with team members to meet service demands during peak hours efficiently. Prepared multiple orders simultaneously during peak periods with high accuracy rate, maximizing customer satisfaction, and repeat business. maintaining dishes area during peak periods
