I'm a 5th generation barber. It's one of my passions. I wanted to do this as a hobby and just get lost in my own world and develop a skill that my clients love. medical research

I study about nutrients and food balance.  I get alerts from recalls on certain foods that can harm us. I read about how certain foods that can help us in many different ways, like example: Sweet Potatoes are good for Arthritis, Cancer, rich in vitamins, especially vitamin A, fiber and antioxidants, sweet potatoes should be considered a healthy addition to your diet. Although there is some speculation about harmful effects of oxalates in sweet potatoes, it's mainly a concern if you have a history of kidney stones. 

Excising and using good equipment, like our Shoes, certain fabrics that help us breath when we sweat. Just having this knowledge is pretty awesome.
