- Participate in the development of systems, work practices, and procedures for the implementation of company's environmental regulations and policies.

- Provide technical training on hazardous materials handling, personal protective equipment, waste management and ISO 140001 to crew members with environmental duties in their assigned responsibilities.

- Evaluate each component of the shipboard environmental management program, such as recycling programs, spill response, chemical and waste management.

- Ensure compliance with environmental laws, rules and regulations at the international and local level, as well as with the own company environmental policy.

- Audit all 14001 related aspects of the company's management system.

- Inform the Shipboard Management Team regularly on the development of all the environmental programs, goals and policies.

- Evaluate shipboard environmental systems to determine effectiveness, improvements and submit recommendations or contingency plans.

- Design, plan and implement an organizational strategy for the launching of a new product in the Colombian market.

- Create and implement organizational areas of the company such as accounting, sales and marketing.

- Ensure compliance with all importing requirements for customs and National Department of Health.

- Negotiate with supermarket chains marketing and launching of the product.

- General administrative duties.

- Teaching of English as a second language for adults.

- Planning and delivering English lessons at all levels for Berlitz outreach program in private universities.
