As an owner of United Rebar Inc. I have a lot of experience and knowledge in the field of Construction. Some of the major responsibilities taken by me were. Estimating jobs to acquire bids on retrofit and new construction projects. As General foreman of the company. Coordinating with general Contractors to meet schedule deadlines, Site inspections. As well as engineer, architect change orders to managing the on site field foreman were a few responsibilities I handled. For every site inspection, I was responsible to do the walk through with the project manager, city inspectors and project architect. Assuring onsite work was completed in an efficient, professional and timely manner per site plan.
