Roles and Responsibilities

-prepare blueprints, fixtures, and gauges paperwork.

-sets cut depths, feed rates, and speeds using controls.

-inspects machined workplace according to the inspection sequence to ensure compliance with specifications.

-adapts fluid levels and machinery maintenance automatically.

-each day, return all set-up materials and paperwork to their proper locations.

-periodically inspects parts to ensure their quality.

-Qualifications, skills and experience

-knowledge of instrumentation and controls is applied

-the ability to read blueprints and assemble parts according to specifications

-knowledge of manufacturing quality

-mechanical inspection tools expertise

-knowledge of hand tools

-knowledge of power tool applications

monitored machinery in operation to identify concerns and make corrections or report problems

supported machine operator in set up and operation of production equipment resulting in efficient runs

-Multiple CNC compress and LVD

-posses working knowledge of cutting tools including speeds and feeds, brining, reaming,threading,milling,deep hole drilling and turning

-operate CNC machines perforating various machining materials such as, drilling, boring,milling, reaming of various materials.

-trouble shooting and repairing equipment when not working properly in addition to identified root causes of problems and resolving without supervision.

-inspect complex parts using wide variety of measuring device and equipment applying geometric dimensions and tolerancing.

-process also involve using reading and interpreting measuring gages such as but not limited to micrometer and calipers to complete and validate work.

-Three color machine

-basic trouble shooting and decision making skills

-blue prints

-set up, check quality and control charts
