Mihailo Bukara

Currently working as a Data Analyst at NCR Atleos, where I design and maintain dashboards, build automated reports, and support business decision-making through SQL-based data pipelines and advanced Excel workflows. My day-to-day work involves cleaning and transforming large datasets, optimizing performance in reporting processes, and creating clear visual outputs in Power BI and Excel to support operational teams.

Prior to this, I worked at BlackRock on the eFront platform, contributing to portfolio and risk data management in the private equity domain. I also served as a Teaching Assistant at ELAB (Laboratory for E-Business at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences), where I assisted in academic research and application development using JavaScript and Angular, while mentoring students in web technologies and digital business concepts.

I bring a practical and methodical approach to data, with strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy), SQL (BigQuery, SSMS, MariaDB), and Excel (VBA, formulas, pivot tables). My strength lies in combining technical rigor with clear communication, ensuring that insights are both correct and usable.
