• Provided direct patient care, including wound dressing changes, blood glucose monitoring, and medication administration.
• Assessed patients' condition and reported any changes to Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills when interacting with patients, family members and other staff members.
• Performed accurate documentation of patient care on electronic medical record.
• Provided care of patient with tracheostomy. Performed trache care, including tracheal suctioning, trache insertion, and assembled tracheostomy tubes.
