This course provided an introduction to research and theoretical viewpoints on the psychological development of individuals throughout their lifetime. This course focused on the physical, cognitive, social, and personality dimensions of developmental psychology.
This course allowed me to analyze psychological, physiological, and sociocultural variables associated with the development and manifestation of sexual identity, sexual behavior, interpersonal relationships, and sexual disorders.
This course taught psychopharmacological topics and covered a general overview of drug use and abuse. This course also provided insight into the effects drugs have on brain chemistry and what brain processes are involved.
This course covered the study of mental processes, such as attention, reasoning, memory, thought, and language. The main learning objectives were to recognize and distinguish between key concepts and to develop a research proposal.
