• Assess and ensure the safety of children, investigate allegations of abuse, conduct interviews and family contact visits, observe family interactions, understand and encourage cultural values, assist in developing parenting strategies and perceptions, assisting families with identifying and initiating community and family resources and supports, assisting with coordinating services in cooperation with behavioral health providers, maintaining an adaptable work schedule in a time efficient manner, complete documentation and reports for case notes, Foster Care Review Board and Court Hearings, maintaining a team-based atmosphere, collaborate services with families and community and behavioral health resources, maintaining a professional appearance and open communication with all case participants.

• Interaction and assistance of daily living activities with/for senior adults, maintaining an adaptable work schedule, develop and advocate best practices for patient care, complete and maintain documentation, identify and implement community supports for senior care, maintain transportation schedules.

• Provide for the safety and developmental care of children, establish and maintain supportive relationships with children and families, observation of children’s behaviors and activities, conduct parent conferences to identify strengths and needs and utilize community resources, maintaining safety and sanitation in the kitchen area, and encouraging a team-based atmosphere.

• Ensure safety and security of the individuals within the facility, inspection of residents’ living quarters, initial response to crisis situations, interview and interact with residents, identify needs and facilitate the use of resources for those needs, complete appropriate documentation, Conduct investigations, maintain timely appointments and an adaptable working schedule.

• Assessment, treatment, referral and education for a wide range of clients including CPS referrals, Court appointed youth, substance abuse cases and foster children, ensure the safety and wellbeing of children in care, complete and maintain documentation, facilitate group and individual programming, interview and develop relationships with children, identify strengths and needs for children and families, maintain professional relationships and open communication with community resources and provider agencies, initial response to crisis situations, creates safe and supportive connections between youth and families, assist families in developing appropriate conflict and stress resolution methods.
