I have been a Norwood Boys basketball coach for the past 6 years. I've gained an extreme amount of knowledge about what it will take - on and off the court - for the program to be successful. I truly believe directly engaging with the families of our youth paves the path of long-term success for the Norwood Boys Basketball Program. We've found ourselves competing with other schools for the services of our student athlete population. I feel it is important to build these relationships early on in order to grow a winning program.
