  • Relocated from Miami to start a new service department where I implemented new procedures hired new personnel, acquired new service vehicles and had them outfitted for the job, conducted meet and greets throughout the community such as community fairs nightly events and through Google advertisements also estimating jobs that were brought in from our service techs on a daily basis also implemented service Titan which is a service software or platform that our service techs would carry around an iPad and would be able to do invoicing and estimates out in the field for our customers immediately

  • As an owner my duties were to get jobs and hire and train men attract electric we did what was called fast track construction we worked for mostly Flagstar enterprises which own Denny's restaurants we traveled the country fast tracking the Denny's restaurants where we would break the restaurants down in two days and within 8 to 14 days they would be serving food again we traveled with a group of general contractor plumbing contractor HVAC contractor and myself the electrical contractor
  • I did this with four other electricians they were under my employment this was a very challenging and interesting endeavor since we worked seven days a week 12 to 14 hours a day in different states in different towns to say the least it was extremely interesting
