- Also, assisted with financial engineering to provide cost analysis and possible funding sources ranging from reserve funding, special assessment and PACE bond program
- $47,000 engineering services to perform a conditions assessment of building exterior/curtain wall to ascertain overall condition, useful life remaining and preliminary budget with options for complete replacement
