  • Management of Clinical Technology Services for the Hospitals and Clinics (End User Support, Biomed, PMO, Etc)
  • Regional Executive and Strategic Leadership for all IT resources supporting 7 Regional Hospitals and 107 Clinics
  • With the only IT teams in the region, my staff provides physical support of equipment while also working as the only onsite smart hands for application teams troubleshooting and providing resolution at the local physical level
  • Via periodic local meeting with Ministry Chief Executives, provide organizational status updates, communication from the system office, and partner strategically to ensure the regions with IT Support needs are being met
  • Partnering with central IT teams to ensure regional needs are understood while providing feedback to engineering teams to deliver long term solutions that align with the IT Strategic model of being efficient as possible
